ACCESS
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?
If you are over 18 years of age there are no limitations or restrictions we are open round-the-clock. If you are under 18 years of age, for safety concerns, we prohibit access to the gym after midnight until 4am. Even on holidays, members have access! (sneak away when the in-laws visit ;)
CAN I BRING MY FRIEND?
Yes and No! You can bring your friend during office hours to have a peek around and to sign up as a member. Outside of office hours you cannot bring a friend along or have anyone follow "tail or piggyback" you into the gym. Every individual pays for their own individual membership. It would be totally unfair towards our other members, not to mention the danger of putting the liability all on YOU if they were to become injured or cause damage!! It's a no-brainer, your access-card is yours only!
CAN I LEND OUT MY ACCESS CARD?
That would be a big NO! Please do not give anyone else your access card. This is your own card to which you paid and signed a contract for. It would be in violation of your contract if you let anyone else use your card. Your membership would be revoked and you could be banned! We want everyone to get fit & have fun together at our facility, but ultimately it's about safety and liability. Our monitoring and camera systems are designed to prevent this sort of activity but unfortunately it does happen. It's unfair to all the members, not to mention the position it puts our staff in to have to deal with you.. lol!

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

DO YOU TAKE CASH OR PLASTIC?
YES! both. Our preferred payment options are CASH & DEBIT. We do accept Visa & Mastercard, however, their fees are very high for us small business owners. Please consider using the debit form of plastic, or cash when making a purchase with us or ANY small business!
DO YOU TAKE CHEQUES OR HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?
This is a very common question and we apologise that we cannot accept cheques or offer payment plans. We love everyone equally, however, in the past we've experienced former customers that have not been able to 'fulfil the amounts written' on their cheques, 'charged-back' credit purchases, or simply stopped paying. It happened enough to us, and enough to the old gym in town that we decided against any form of cheque (post-dated or alike) or payment plan. We understand the inconvenience this causes some, but hope you can appreciate the situation it puts us small business owners in.
THE FACILITY
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Yes we do! We have multiple shower stalls in each change-room. The change-rooms are large, private and complete with washrooms as well! We also feature rentable lockers.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
We have a wide variety of professional gym equipment, the standard affair you would find at all others. Some of the stuff we have are: Treadmills, Uprights, Cross-Trainers, Bench & Incline Presses, Squat Racks, Barbells, and much more! IS THERE A WOMEN ONLY AREA?
Yes there is! The rumors are true. We custom-built an awesome 2nd floor level just for women! Not only will you enjoy the space and privacy, we have specially designed equipment from the 'Curves' line of fitness gear.
